We Successfully Completed the UNEP Mid-Term Review Assignment

We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the UNEP/GEF-funded Cameroon Biosecurity Project. This assignment assessed the implementation of a national monitoring and management framework for Living Modified Organisms and Invasive Alien Species in Cameroon.

Delivered on time and to specification, this review involved document analysis, multi-stakeholder interviews, and in-country fieldwork across pilot sites and entry points. Working closely with UNEP and Cameroon’s Ministry of Environment (MINEPDED), our team provided a robust assessment and strategic recommendations to support the project’s next phase.

This marks another step in our international work portfolio and reflects our capacity to lead technically demanding evaluations across diverse environmental and policy contexts. We’re open to new consultancy and research collaborations—both regionally and globally.
